REVIEW: Covergirl Natureluxe foundation & gloss balm

I've been on a hunt for a tinted moisturizer for quite a while now. I basically want a go to product that I can wear on my face and not feel like I have a ton of foundation on my skin, specially since the summer is right around the corner.

A few weeks ago I was sent this product to try out, #imabzzagent, and so far it's been going pretty good. I have no signs of breakouts! So that alone gets alot of points from me, considering I have very oily, sensitive skin. The texture is very lightweight, it feels like you have nothing on your face, yet of thicker consistency. It's not like my Neutrogena healthy skin foundation that's super liquidy. The foundation claims to have natural ingredients such as jojoba extract and cucumber water, although I can't really tell if it does actually have such ingredients, it does have a smell and it's quite pleasant actually somekind of a bubblegum/fruity smell, I like it!
I usually use it when I want light -medium coverage since it's very sheer, yet buildable so you control the coverage. Not to mention it has spf 10 sunscreen, so it's the perfect foundation for summer, yet I don't recommend to photograph with this on. It is a matte finish, major reason I don't recommend to dry skin.

I'm a NC35 in mac but in the summer I'm around a NC37 - NC40, and the shade that I got is 350 in Oak which fairly matches my skin. At the moment it's a little too dark for my skin but it blends pretty well. Although I'm sure it'll match my skin better in the summer when I get tanner. This product gets a 4/5 just because I'm always on the run and I don't have time to retouch during the day, and this doesn't last very long, but other than that it's everything I look for in a summer foundation!

*******

The natureluxe gloss balm has the conditioning effects of a lip balm yet has a pretty good effect of lip gloss without the stickiness and messy applicators. This product also has a fruity scent and I love how it glides on my lips. I usually reach for this when I'm looking for a glossy finish. I also pair this with my favorite lipsticks, and I love the final effect this provides! It is a very sheer color, kind of frosty. This also has spf of 15 which is always a bonus when it comes to lip products since lips can get very damaged from the sun.

The shade I got is a frosty baby pink color, which is in 210 thistle. So far I give this product a 5/5 for those lip balm junkies, like me! : )

I hope you dolls try atleast one of these new natureluxe products by Covergirl. I definitely enjoyed taking one for the team lol and trying these out! Covergirl finally stepped their game up with these new products.
Hope you enjoy!

Broken Charger :/

So my laptop's charger is dead! Literally...

I was doing my usual stuff that I usually do lol which is just edit videos, homework, and some work stuff here and there, and work on some blog posts, all of a sudden my laptop totally shut down on me, and when I say shut down i mean completely turned off, the screen went black and yeah I lost my work. I got up to get my charger and plugged it in my laptop and nothing! So I tried connecting it to another outlet which didn't seem to do any change. I didn't know if it was the battery or the actual charger itself but I figured my charger's little green light would turn on if it worked, so yup it was the charger. No worries I ordered one off ebay and it's on it's way over here.. I believe it will take a week or so.. *sigh* I feel disconnected from the world lol but for now I will be using the desktop aka my bf's computer.

Sooo yeah that concludes my lame excuse onto why I'm slacking off. SOWWY :(

My personal review on Educator.com

Lately I've been using an online educator which I find personally convenient
since I always study with various methods for example quizzing myself or flashcards.

This particular website offers lectures on math, chemistry, physics, biology, and computer science.
Being the mathematically challenged person I am, I find this website very interesting and helpful, I find myself using the biology lectures way more than the rest since I am in nursing, it never hurts to review!
I highly recommend Educator.com to anyone in school and college. It's like a personal tutor conveniently located on your computer screen! I can't wait to show my younger brothers this website since one of them is in jr high school and the other in high school.

Educator.com offers unlimited access to math and science learning centers for a low monthly price of $35 or $240 annually, which is quite reasonable, think about how much a personal tutor would cost!

If you would like to try a risk free trial use the code  BUZZFA626

Ps I was provided free service of educator.com since I'm a bzzagent :)

I still don't know what color to dye my hurrrr!

So I'm still contemplating on dying my hair another color this summer...
I wanted something lighter since my hair is always dark, and yes I am aware of the damage bleaching does,
I'm just tired of the same old flat color I always have.
I used to dye my hair black with box hair dye from the drugstore but I stopped last year and it's been about 6-7 months since. So I'm pretty sure my hair has grown and that black dye is towards the ends of my hair.

The thing is that I still have no idea of what color combination I should do, because for sure I want lowlights or highlights done to a base color...
So I went on one of those makeover websites and tried on different haircolors.
Below I have some of the colors that I personally liked best, sorry about the quality of the pictures but I took them with my blackberry!

Option #1 Chestnut brown with medium brown highlights
Option #2 Copper blonde
Option #3 dirty blonde with natural blonde highlights
Option #4 Golden blonde with light blonde highlights

I also really like these celebrity inspired hair do's :)
Kim K blonde hair is sooo pretty

& Demi Lovato's hurrr is gorgeous here

Well hope you enjoy this quick post...

So I was doing my research online and I decided to share with you guys the nail polish collections I'm super excited about! There's many beautiful colors that I can't pass up....

So the first collection I can't wait to get my hands on is Tronica.

Mainly because the whole "holographic" thing sounds kind of interesting...
The collection will consist of 12 nail colors that range from a peachy pink and violet to silver and lime green and everything in between. I'm not completely sure when it will officially be released, from what I heard some are able to buy online but with a license. It should be available at Sally's in no time, so keep your eye on the lookout!

I'm also Super excited about China Glaze Anchors away collection. No this collection is set to be release in spring of 2011. It consists of 12 nail colors and all of them are GORGEOUS!!

I'm really loving the top part nail colors, grays, nudes and pinks have always been my faves!

Moving on, I saved the best for last... and it's the China Glaze Crackle collection! I was really excited when I was OPI's shatter nail polish but unfortunately only comes in black.
So when I saw China Glaze's version of shatter I was IN LOVE! The collection consists of 6 nail colors that all give you the same crackle effect.
I have to say I'm interested in the white, grey, and pink the most, but that does not mean I won't pick up the others colors!! lol This collection will be available at Sally's February 15th, 2011. So mark your calendars if you wanna get your hands on these beauties!

Well hope you enjoyed my quick little post, I know I've been MIA for a while on my blog, but I promise I'll try to do more blog posts as soon as I can!
xoxo
